Relatives and friends can meet at the Armitage and Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive on Friday at 11:30am. Graveside prayers will follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery.
Robert is survived by his sister Martha J. Dell. He is the son of the late Robert and Dorothy Dell. He was also predeceased by his longtime friend Diana Handy. Also surviving Robert are Diana's children John Cloutier and Debbie Cloutier and Debbie's children Stormy, Chris, Tyson and Rainna.
