Dennis W. Carbone, Sr. died November 12, 2014 at his home in Stillwater Twp (formally of Kearny), His visiting will be on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral home 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. Service will be at 10 a.m. in the funeral home on Saturday morning and burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Dennis was a Machinist/ Inspector at Reagan Precision Industries in North Arlington. Prior to that he worked for August Spinler. During his 27 years at Reagan he had become a manager of a Reagan Nuclear Division and had Government clearance. He was also a quality control inspector on the Sea Hawk Submarine which over saw the launch of Sea Wolf. He traveled to inspect major parts of Submarines and Aircraft Carriers. Dennis loved to do endless projects in his home and yard. He was happiest fixing what ever needed to be fixed.
Dennis is survived by his wife Alana (nee Guertine) formerly Calderone. Father of Dennis W. Carbone, Jr. (Sherre), Michelle M. Carbone, Joseph D. Calderone (Dawn), Dennis F. Calderone (Stephanie). He is also survived by his twin brother Edward (Betty) , ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
