Adela Asensi died peacefully at home on November 4, 2014. Born in La Coruna, Spain she has lived in Kearny for the past 48 years. Visiting will be on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. Mass Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Stephens Church and entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Adela belonged to The I.L.G.W.U. Daughter of the late Pastor Asensi and Maria De Las Angeles. She is survived by her sister of Maria Elena Camporeale, brother in law Domenick Camporeale and sister in law Orbi Asensi. and her nieces Kookie Shulte, Margaret Ann Trueba, Alejandra Asensi and Olga Maria in Spain. She was predeceased by her siblings Olga Garcia, Macu Trueva, Isa Panetta, Jose Luis, Finita, Ceasar and Pastor Asensi.
