Armando Medina

Armando Medina passed away suddenly at home on December 28, 2014. He was 71. Born in Puerto Rico, he was raised in Camden and lived many years in Newark. Visiting is Tuesday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive Kearny. Service Wednesday at 10 a.m. Private cremation will follow. www.armitagewigins.com

Armando held two Masters Degrees and was a Administrator for The N.J. Board of Education. He is survived by his wife Emma (Ocasio), his daughters Massiel Medina Ferrara and Alarys Laura Medina. Brother of Gualberto Medina, he is also survived his grandchildren Alex, Emma and Ava.
