Marie A. Romano (nee De Pasquale) passed away on March 8, 2014 in Milford, Pa. She was 89. Born in Hoboken, she lived in Jersey City and Lyndhurst before moving to Dingmans Ferry, Pa 24 years ago. Visiting will be on Tuesday from 4-8 pm at the Armitage and Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive Kearny. Mass Wednesday at 11 am in Queen of peace Church and burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Marie had been a Department Head at a K-Mart Distribution Center before retirement. Wife of the late Pasquale Romano she is survived by her son Dennis and his wife Helen and her daughter Maureen Ettinger. Sister of the late Phyllis Whitaker she is survived by her grandchildren Jennifer, Lisa, Jeniene, Yvonne, Patrick and Robert and her great grandchildren Tanya, Hailey, Zachary and Nathaniel.
