Michelle J. Jerahian 62, of North Arlington died on 5/23/14 at home.
Visiting will be on Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM at The Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive Kearny. Services will be officiated by Rabbi Faith Dantowitz on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at King Solomon Cemetery, Clifton.
Mrs. Jerahian was born in Brooklyn and lived most of her life in North Arlington. She was a teacher at The Maria L. Varisco Rogers Charter School in Newark for 6 years. Prior to that she taught at Sacred Heart School, Kearny. She was fondly know by her students in both schools as "Miss J".
She is the beloved wife of the late George Jerahian. Mother of Rachael and Danielle Jerahian. Sister of Rosalie Pearlman.
