Harry was active in local and state politics in both N.J. and Puerto Rico. He had many business ventures during his lifetime. One he was most proud of was developing an amusement park in Luquillo Beach, P.R. Harry had been commissioner of The Meadowlands Board of Commisioners.
Husband of Alejandrina (nee Valencia) he is also survived by his children Mabel Hans, Ryan, Luke and Thomas Parsons, his sisters Ellen Schiavo and Harriot Wagner and his brother Robert Parsons and his grandson Joshua.
