Jane Wilma Watson

Jane Wilma Watson, (nee Boesser) of Toms River, formerly of Kearny, passed away peacefully on Thursday February 5, 2015 with her family by her side.

Born in Newark in 1934, Wilma grew up in Kearny where she raised her family before moving to Toms River in 1994.  She was a graduate from Averett College in Virginia and worked for many years at Arthur Anderson in Roseland, NJ.  Wilma was an active member of First Lutheran Church, Kearny and then Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Toms River.

Wilma was a beautiful woman who lived her life by her favorite phrase to be of good cheer and always had a kind word to say about everyone.   She loved the beach especially Lavallette where she vacationed every summer.   She was an avid reader and history buff and she loved bird watching and classical music but her happiest times was when she was with her family who she was most proud of.

Wilma was predeceased by her parents William and Edna Boesser and her daughter Jill Diane. She is survived by her loving children Lorie Mollineaux and her husband Patrick, John Watson and his wife Laura, Jamie Watson, Matthew Watson and his wife Cathy, her granddaughters Danielle, Alexandra, Alyssa, Miranda, Sarah and Kylie and great-grandson Declan.  She is also survived by her sisters Isabelle Smith, Doris Law and Marilyn Macco and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Arrangements   were  through the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home in Kearny. Family and friends are invited to Wilma’s memorial service on Saturday, February 14th at 11:oo a.m in The  Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 1500 Hooper Avenue  Toms River.
