Audrey M. Borkowski (nee Mohr) of Kearny entered into eternal rest at Select Specialty Hospital in Rocelle Park on March 10, 2015. Family and friends are invited to attend her wake at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive Kearny on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass Friday 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Sorrows and burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. www.armitagewiggins.com
Born in Newark she moved to Kearny after getting married and resided there until her death.
She leaves behind her beloved husband of 58 years, Chester Borkowski, and her loving children Emily and Peter, also of Kearny. She also leaves behind her sister, Harriet Ellison along with several nieces and nephews. Her brother Richard Mohr passed away in 1988.
