Frances L. Cifelli (nee Appleby) passed away on November 16, 2015 in Clara Maass Hospital. She was 90. Born in Kearny, she was a lifelong resident. Arrangements are by the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home in Kearny. Graveside burial of Mrs. Cifelli's urn will take place Saturday January 16, 2016 at 11 a.m. in The Moravian Cemetery 2205Richmond Road in Staten Island, N.Y.
Frances was a talented artist and is survived by her loving son Michael J. Madonna. She was the wife of the late Louis Postal, John Madonna and Alverico Cifelli.
