Stephen Peterson passed away on February 21, 2017. He was 63. Born in Kearny, he lived in Kearny before moving to Belleville 38 years ago. Visiting will be on Thursday from 4 until 8 pm at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. Service Friday at 11 a.m. in The 1st Lutheran Church, Kearny. Private cremation will follow.
Stephen was a Civil Engineer for P.S.E. & G. and belongs to their retirement club. He is the husband of Cathy (nee Bartholomew), father of Daniel (Gigi), Craig and Laura Peterson, brother of Judy (David) London, Billy (Amy) Peterson and the late Walter and Don Peterson. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law Joann and Carol Peterson, many loving nieces, nephews and in laws. In lieu of flowers kindly consider a donation to American Diabetes Research Foundation
