John Magistro, of North Arlington, passed away on July 1, 2017. He was 67. Visiting will be on Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. Mass Thursday 11 a.m. in Queen of Peace Church and burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
John retired from The NJ Turnpike, New Brunswick. He loved to play golf and visit Myrtle Beach and Italy. Husband of Patricia (nee Vannella), he was the father of Danielle Magistro, Kathleen Pita (Ernesto) and the late Bobby Macro. Brother of Rose Mary Lamprecht and Anthony, Joseph and Vincent Magistro; he is also survived by his grandchildren Kyle, Lance and Julianna.
