Allen Witkas passed away on October 29, 2018. He was 66. Private arrangements are by the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home in Kearny. Allen was the son of the late Alfred and Helen (nee Wieckiewicz) Witkas. He will be buried next to his parents in Arlington Cemetery.
