Michael J. Rafferty "Raff", of Kearny, passed away at home on September 5, 2018. He was 60. Visiting will be on Friday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. Mass Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Cecilias Church. Private cremation will follow.
Raff was a Truck Driver for Safeway Trucking and was a member of Teamsters Union Local #560. He enjoyed volunteer work for The food bank. Beloved husband of Noreen (Lockard), he is the devoted father of Michael, Brendan, Barry and Colin Rafferty. Brother of Sandra and Tom Rafferty and Diana Clayton-Peters he is also survived by his brothers in law Pat and Mark Lockard.
