Tomas Perez passed away on November 10, 2020. He was 88. Born in Lares, Puerto Rico, he resided many years in Newark, N.J. Arrangements are by the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home in Kearny. There will be a Mass for Tomas on Friday November 13, 2020 in St. Michaels Church in Newark. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Tomas was the beloved husband of Generosa and loving father of Thomas P. Perez, Jr., Jimmie Perez, Mary Santiago, Evelyn Mendez and Marisol Sagrista. Brother of Inocencio Perez , he is also survived by his cherished eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers kindly consider a donation to The American Cancer Society.
