Shannon Podolski passed away on November 26, 2020. She was 22. Born with medical illnesses, Doctors thought she would only live for a few weeks. Well, with her fighting spirit and her parent’s and care givers awesome care and love, she lived 1,160 weeks. On November 26 her Life was Changed, Not ended.
Arrangements are by Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 96 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 4 until 8 p.m. Because of restrictions placed upon the funeral homes, we are limited to the amount of visitors at one time. We respectfully ask that your visit be brief so that we may be able to allow the most people possible. Her Mass will be on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Stephens Church and burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
Shannon is survived by her adoring parents; Stephen and Roseann Podolski. He cherished brother Sean, along with many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and their families. She was predeceased by her grandparents; Jean and Ernest Podolski and Roseann and Patrick Lombardy. The family wants to acknowledge Aunt Margaret for all of her assistance, love and support.
