Maureen A. Brobeck, 81, lifelong resident of Kearny, passed away on October, 14, 2021. Loving wife of the late George Brobeck, Sr. (1984). Beloved mother of George Brobeck, Jr. and his loving partner Susan Schumann, who was also Maureen’s caregiver, and David Brobeck and his wife Nancy. Loving sister of Peg Harbison. Devoted grandmother to Daniel Brobeck, Dawn Brobeck and her loving partner Alex Gonzalez, Carolyn Brobeck-Martinez and her husband Joseph, Amy Brobeck and Tammy Brobeck. Dear great grandmother of Evan Gonzalez and Savannah Martinez. When her children were younger she enjoyed being a Cub Scout Master as well as a Kearny Band Parent. Before retiring she made an abundance of friends working for the Kmart in town.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Tuesday, 4-8pm at Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ.
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, 10am at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington
