Thomas Toal, 75 of Kearny passed away at home on May 9, 2021.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Thomas at the Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Dr. Kearny on Wednesday May 12 from 4-8 PM. The funeral mass and burial will be held privately.
Thomas grew up in East Newark and lived in Kearny for many years. A graduate of St. Cecilia’s School, he worked for Prudential Insurance Company in Newark, later Roseland, for 30 years until his retirement in 2001. He later worked in ticket sales for the NJ-PAC. Thomas most treasured time spent with his family, and was a dedicated little league coach.
Thomas was the beloved husband of Sharon (nee McGinn) Toal; loving father of Brian Toal and Michael Toal and his wife Maura; and dear grandfather of Shawn Weber, Erin Toal and Cillian Toal. In lieu of flowers kindly consider a donation to The American Cancer Society.
