Michael W. Najuch, 75, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Clara Maas Medical Center.
Michael was born in Kearny, where he remained a life-long resident. His career as a mechanic at
TWA/American Airlines spanned 40 years. He greatly enjoyed all sports, the outdoors, and was a hunter
and fisherman. Michael loved planting gardens and proudly sharing his harvests with his family. Through
the years, Michael made many local friends by assisting in renovating their homes.
Michael was the beloved husband of 49 years to the late Christina Najuch; devoted father of Diane Nunn
and husband Laurence; loving son of the late Helene and Lewis Najuch; dear brother of Patricia
McCormick and Ruth Najuch Dienemann and the late Stephen Najuch; cherished grandfather of Jake and
Holly Nunn, as well as a fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Michael was a proud provider for
his family with a big heart and smile to match and he will be greatly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Wilfred Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home,
Kearny, NJ on Friday, July 30, 2021 from 6 PM—8 PM. Funeral mass will be offered on Saturday, July 31,
2021 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, also in Kearny.
