John Hartigan, of Kearny passed away on April 17, 2022 at Clara Maass Hospital. He was 64 years old. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 3 until 7 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. His Mass will be on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia’s Church in Kearny and private cremation to follow.
He was the beloved father of Stephanie Hartigan. Brother of Ann Lindenfelser, Fr. Dennis Hartigan and Grace Murphy. He served in the United States Army from 1975 to 1979. He was a member of the American Legion and Knights of Columbus.
