Lois C. Fikslin (nee Heffern), 74 of Kearny passed away on May 18, 2022.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Lois at the Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Dr. Kearny on Saturday from 2-5 PM. Cremation will be held privately.
Born in Jersey City, Lois was a lifelong Kearny resident. She was a secretary for the Kearny Board of Education prior to her retirement. Lois most treasured time spent at the beach.
Lois was the beloved wife of Gary Fikslin; loving mother of Stephanie Garcia (Randy) and Melanie Palen; dear grandmother of Evyn, Shayna, Jackie and Alex; and sister of Robert and Barbara. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Royd Garcia.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the D.A.V., or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
