Jose Dosil Ramos, 80, of Kearny, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on September 14, 2022. Beloved husband of Florentina “Tina” Dosil (nee Mayo Martinez). Devoted father of Eva Maria Dosil Mayo and her husband Jose Luis Martinez, Maria Jose Dosil Mayo and her husband Anthony Gosnell, Berta Dosil Mayo and her husband Jaime Paris, and Alfredo Manuel Dosil Mayo and his wife Marisol Lado. Jose is the cherished grandfather of 7. Dear brother of Maria Rosa Dosil Ramos, Manuel Dosil Ramos, and Ramon Dosil Ramos. Jose immigrated to the United States with his wife, Tina in 1983, settling and making Kearny their permanent home in 1993.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Sunday, September 18, from 2-6pm in Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny.
Funeral service on Monday, September 19, 10:30am from the funeral home followed by a 12pm Mass of Christian Burial in St. Stephen’s RCC, Kearny.
Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, N. Arlington.
