Marie E. Westfall, 93, of Rutherford formerly of North Arlington passed away peacefully on August 18, 2023 surrounded by her loving daughters. Devoted wife of Harvey George Westfall (1992). Beloved mother of Maureen Westfall, Eileen Marzalik and her husband Edward, and Carole Gualtieri and her husband Glenn. Cherished grandmother of Kyla Gualtieri, Garrett Gualtieri, Natalie Marzalik, and Erica Marzalik. To Marie, her family was her world, in taking yearly trips down to Cape May to avidly communicating with her entire family via text. Her sense of wittiness will be truly missed.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Thursday, Aug. 24th, from 4-8pm in Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny.
Funeral service from the funeral home will be on Friday, Aug. 25th, 10am followed by an 11am Mass of Christian Burial in St. Stephen’s RCC, Kearny.
Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum.
