Aurora Carrion (nee Montoya Loli) passed away on November 1, 2025. She was 90. Born in Lima, Peru, she lived most of her life in Harrison before moving to Kearny 5 years ago. She worked at Lechters, Inc. in Harrison, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Dr., Kearny on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 6-9 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Sorrows Church and Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
She was the daughter of the late Cayetano Montoya and Graciela Loli. She is pre-deceased by her brothers Manuel Montoya, Luis Montoya, Ruben Montoya, Jose Luis Munoz, as well her son Rolando Valdivia. She is survived by her brothers Augusto Montoya & Marco Munoz. Also by her loving children, Leticia, Mario, Fernando, Alicia, Toño, Antonieta, Lourdes, María de los Ángeles, Aurora Valdivia and by her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews & sisters-in-law.
She will be deeply missed and this life won’t be the same without her.
