Rose E. Lyons (nee Power) died on October 14, 2014 at home. She was 73. Born in Canada she moved to Kearny in 1966. Visiting will be on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive Kearny. Rose was the devoted companion of the late Gary Sobierajski for many years. She is survived by her loving children and their spouses Lisa Marie and Joao Pita and Robert and Dolores Lyons. Also surviving are her grandchildren Ryan, Kristeen, Brian, Brett and Breonna.
