A native of Kearny, NJ and resident of New Iberia, LA, Kevin Fadeski passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at his residence.
The world lost a true original with the passing of Kevin. He was the life of the party, the loudest laugh in the room, and the kind of person who made sure you knew he was there—usually with a joke, a strong opinion, or a story you would never forget.
Kevin was fiercely loyal and unapologetically himself. He lived life on his own terms—bold, brave, and completely authentic. Beneath that tough exterior was a heart as big as the waters he used to dive in.
He was smart, quick-witted, and always a step ahead. If you needed help, he’d be the first one there. He showed up for people - and once he was in your corner, he was there for life.
He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, strength, and deep love. You always knew when Kevin walked into a room— his presence was undeniable, his voice unmistakable, and his energy impossible to ignore. He left an unforgettable impact on the lives he touched. We will miss the way he owned every moment and lived louder than anyone we knew.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Ruth Levine Fadeski; siblings, Mark Fadeski (Andrena), Ruth Stone (Robert); nieces and nephews, Danielle Fadeski (Katie), April Lettieri (Frank), Jordyn Fadeski, Franky Hernandez, Jake Stone, Paul Fadeski, Madison Fadeski ; great nephews, Blake Fadeski, Andy Lettieri, and Dean Lettieri.
