Adele M. Gibbas (nee Bakunas) died at her home in Fla., on Dec 9, 2012. She was 93. Born in Scranton, Pa., she lived in Esat Newark before moving to Fla.
Visiting will be on Thursday from 9 - 10:30 am at the Armitage and Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive Kearny. Mass will follow at 11 am in Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery.
Adele was active with Lithuanian functions in Kearny. She was a member of The Sodality and Rosary Society at Our Lady of Sorrows.
Wife of the late Peter Gibbas she is survived by her brother Joseph "Jerry" Pangonis, her nephew and niece Peter and Robin Bukunus and their families. She was predeceased by her nephews Charles Allen and David J. Bukunus.
