Thomas MacDonald passed away on January 25, 2018. He was 80. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, he lived in Parsippany before moving to Kearny in 1980. Visiting will be on Sunday from 2 until 6 p.m. The funeral service will take place at 4 p.m. Private cremation will follow.
Tom was a boiler inspector for Travelers Insurance Company in NYC. He was an active member of The Scots American Club in Kearny. Tom was the former husband of Pamela (nee Verderosa) and the late Anne Quinn. Brother of Norma Brunton. Uncle of Mandy, Deryck and Wendy Lavelle and Nicolette and Adam Petrillo. He was also survived by his devoted care giver Heather Farrell.
