Joao M. daSilva of Union, formerly of Kearny passed away on December 10, 2018. He was 64. Visiting will be on Friday December 14, 2018 from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. Prayers will be held that evening at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in Cantanhede, Portugal.
Joao is survived by his wife Alexandrina Maria daSilva (nee Simoes). Father of John Silva (Ana Maria) and Kevin daSilva (Gabrielle) and brother of Delmira daSilva and Jorge daSilva, he is also survived by his grandchildren Samantha and Skyler.
