Juan Morales, 93 entered eternal life on Thursday October 29, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Havana, Cuba he immigrated to the United States in 1955. He lived in New Jersey and Florida before moving to Lyndhurst in 2008. Arrangements are by the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, New Jersey. Visiting will be on Sunday from 4 until 8 p.m. His funeral Mass will be on Monday at 10:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church in Lyndhurst and burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Because of the restrictions the funeral home must adhere to, we respectfully ask that your visit on Sunday not last too long. We want to be able to have as many friends and relatives as possible.
He was predeceased by his wife Daysi (nee Carballo) in 1994. He is survived by his loving daughters, Sr. Zurina Blanco, Barbara Whitford and son-in-law Bill, and Elizabeth Glaria.
He was a loving grandfather to Brendan Whitford and his wife Lauren, Dr. Steven Glaria, Cristina Wyant and her husband Tyler and Matthew Whitford and his wife Brittany. He is also survived by his cherished great grandchildren; Hunter, Scarlett, Sydney, Shea and “Charlie”.
