Anna M. Robbie (nee Crilley), 87, of North Arlington (formerly Clifton), passed away at her home on Friday, May 15th, surrounded by her loving family.

Ann was born in Jersey City to Mary and John Crilley and grew up in Harrison with her 4 siblings, where she attended Holy Cross School and belonged to the Father Washington Club. As a teenager, Ann’s love and dedication to tap dancing won her a spot on the Ted Mack Amateur Hour.

Married to Allan in 1956, they resided in Clifton for a few years and moved their growing family to North Arlington in 1963. Ann was a loving, devoted mother to her 7 children. Prior to her retirement, she worked as an Executive Secretary for Panasonic, and later worked in Business Development for All Season Movers in Kearny.

Ann lived a faith filled Christian life. She loved Jesus and loved to tell others about Him. Ann was a member of Calvary Chapel in Passaic Park for many years and leaves behind a legacy of faith.

Ann loved her family, loved music, loved to dance and loved to sing. She had the voice of an angel when she sang. Her family will cherish the memories of Ann singing at family events, dancing the jitterbug with her sister, and her daily singing & dancing in the kitchen while peeling potatoes.

Ann is predeceased by her brothers Pat, John and Billy and her sister Josie. She is survived by her loving family including Don Robbie (Lauren), Pat Robbie (Karen), Ann Marie Aiello (Joe), John Scott Robbie, Rosie Thompson (John), Kathy Kuziel (Walter) and Maureen Panetta (Dave), in addition to her 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, whom she adored.
