John Foray, "Uncle Jack," was born February 18th, 1931. He began his military career right out of high school, where he served in Korea with the US Army. After 4 years with the Army, John used his GI bill to attend Fordham Law school to earn his law degree. He was commissioned in the Air Force and served as a Judge Advocate until his retirement in 1991. After his retirement he moved to North Carolina, where he resided until his death. He is survived by his 3 nieces: Andrea Prairie, husband Keith Prairie and great niece and nephew Sarah and Glenn; Erin Derosa, husband David DeRosa, great niece and nephew Samantha and Jack; and Robyn Rutler, husband Todd Rutler, great niece and nephew Amelia and Sebastian, and his sister-in-law Dianne Foray. He is predeceased by his sister Evelyn Foray and brother Robert Foray.
