Esperansa Seara, 81 of Newark passed away at home on November 17, 2022.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Esperansa at the Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Dr. Kearny on Sunday from 4-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Cecilia Church in Kearny on Monday at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Born in Galicia, Spain, Esperansa settled in Newark with her family in 1979. A strong, kind and resilient woman, Esperansa was very hard working, was dedicated to ensuring a good life for her family.
Esperansa was the loving mother of Jose M. Seara and his wife Maria; cherished grandmother of Jose Marcial Seara, Eric Seara, Alexander Seara and Didac Seara; and is also survived by her four great-grandchildren.
