Crecencia "Christina" Bennett affectionately known as Fini, 82 of Kinnelon passed away peacefully at home on August 11, 2022.
Born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, Christina moved to New Jersey around the age of 20 settling in Kearny for many years before moving to Kinnelon where she resided for nearly 40 years.
Christina was a hairdresser and the proud owner of a hair salon in Newark for several years before starting a new career as a preschool teacher at the Somerset Hills Montessori School in Basking Ridge where she worked for over 25 years before retiring several years ago. Christina enjoyed traveling, gardening and spending time working outdoors at her home but her true passion was spending time at the beach. She loved the ocean. She also loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
She was predeceased by seven sisters and 5 brothers. Survived by her devoted son Joseph Voci and her daughter in law Rita of Kearny, along with 2 sisters, Amelia Alvarez and Loly Quintana, and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 16 at 10:00 am at Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 11:30 am.
