Patricia A. Waskawich (nee Maleski) passed away on June 29, 2023 at The West Caldwell Care Center. She was 77. Born in Newark, she was a lifelong Kearny resident. Visiting will be on Friday June 30, 2023 from 3 until 7 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. Mass will be on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. in St. Michael’s R.C. Church in Lyndhurst and burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Pat enjoyed her job at Star Light Photography Studio in Kearny where she was an Assistant Designer, touching up the studio’s photos.
Beloved wife of Kenneth Waskawich, she is the loving mother of Michele Mehl (Jonathan) and sister of Anthony Maleski (Barbara), William Maleski (Ruth), Ann Marie Fallon (the late Joseph Brady) and Robert Maleski (Nora). Sister in law of; Regina Senton (late George) and Barbara Senton (Joseph). Also surviving are her cherished grandsons; Corey and Ross, along with many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
