Joan Davidenko, 84, of Kearny passed away peacefully on Monday, July 3rd. Devoted mother of Mark Davidenko, Tanya Boyle, and Pamela Szymanski (Fiancé Tony Gouveia). Loving grandmother of Wally, Shawn, Jillian, Cassidy, Elizabeth and Madison. Cherished great grandmother of Juliet. Mrs. Davidenko is predeceased by her husband and son, Frank Davidenko Sr. and Frank Davidenko, Jr. She is also predeceased by her loving canine companion, “Holly”. Joan adored her family and loved spending time with each of them. She also loved her neighbors and community.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Thursday, 4-8pm in Armitage & Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, 11am in St. Stephen’s RCC, Kearny. Family and friends are welcome to meet in the funeral home, 9:30am.
Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, North Arlington.
