Francesca M. Ruggiero, of Kearny, passed away on September 27, 2025. Family and friends may meet at Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home on Wednesday at 11:15 a.m. The procession will leave shortly thereafter for Holy Cross Cemetery where there will be a service at 12 noon in the Mausoleum Chapel.
Francesca is the wife of the late Carmen and sister of the late Dominick Candeliere and Eugena Talarico. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews along with their families.
